How can I keep my muscles healthy?

General exercise and strength training can help you keep your muscles healthy. Add weightlifting or resistance exercises into your workout at least twice a week to build stronger muscles. Do not try to do too much too quickly if you are just beginning a fitness routine, however. Overuse or incorrect techniques could injure your muscles.
