A technique called biomechanical stimulation is getting more and more attention for its effect of giving muscle more energy. How does it work? You stand on the machine or plate as they are called (more advanced ones like Swiss Wing allow you to train your muscles more actively and you don't need to stand on them), and the machine vibrates to stimulate muscle energy and strength.
