How should I care for myself after browlift or eyelid surgery?

Stuart A. Linder, MD
Plastic Surgery
Post-operative care after a browlift or eyelid surgery includes ice compression, tapered steroids, and antibiotics. Ice compression will significantly reduce periorbital edema and reduce bruising. Pain medications may include acetaminophen and codeine. Antibiotics may also be prescribed to prevent bacterial infections.
