Who other than Dr. Oz has studied arsenic in apple juice?

Dr. Mehmet Oz, MD
Cardiology (Cardiovascular Disease)
The University of Arizona also studied this in 2009. They did what The Dr. Oz Show did. They bought items from a supermarket and sent it to a lab to look for arsenic. They found apple juice samples that contained a high level of inorganic arsenic -- above the 10 ppb the EPA sets for total arsenic in drinking water. Consumer Reports found similar levels in their testing in 2011.

The FDA's own tests found no samples that exceeded the 10 ppb limit. But the agency still announced in July, 2013 that it would apply the same limit to apple juice.
