What medications can help me with sleep and anxiety?

There are many medications that you can take to aid with sleeping like Rozerem, Ambien, and Lunesta.  Some medications that help with sleep and anxiety are Xanax, Valium, and Klonopin. You can even try Benadryl, which is over the counter and does not require a prescription. However, please speak with your doctor first and you should be able to find a medication to help with your sleep and anxiety that meets your needs.
