Truvada + raltegravir is one of the preferred drug regimens for people who have not yet taken drugs to treat HIV. Truvada + raltegravir consists of 3 antiretroviral drugs in 2 pills. These are Truvada (emtricitabine + tenofovir) and raltegravir (Isentress).
