How should I take Viekira Pak?

You should continue taking Viekira Pak until your healthcare provider tells you to stop. A typical course is 12 weeks. People who have scarring (cirrhosis) of the liver or who have had a liver transplant may need to take Viekira Pak for 24 weeks. Your doctor will likely do blood tests to check your liver function before and during treatment, and to see if the medication is working.
