What fruits are high in antioxidants?

The Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) test has shown that blueberries have tremendous antioxidant power. One cup of wild, fresh blueberries has a Total Antioxidant Capacity (TAC) of 3,427, which is approximately ten times the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) recommendation.

Cultivated blueberries, cranberries and blackberries are also high in antioxidants, followed closely by raspberries, strawberries, cherries and grapes. The fruits that have the highest antioxidant levels are colored purple, blue and red. Apples and orange-colored fruits such as navel oranges, peaches and pineapples are also good sources of antioxidants.
