Can Zytiga interact with other medications or foods?

Zytiga (abiraterone), a treatment for metastatic prostate cancer, can interact with other drugs, including some drugs used to treat fungal infections, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and seizures. Be sure to give your doctor a list of all the medications you take, including prescription and over-the-counter drugs, herbal remedies and supplements.

You won’t have to change your diet while you’re on Zytiga, but it should be taken on an empty stomach.
