Who should not take eletriptan?

Eletriptan should not be taken by people with certain heart diseases, signs of stroke, peripheral vascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure or who have hemiplegic or basilar migraine. Do not take eletriptan within 24 hours of other migraine treatments. Do not take this medications if you are allergic to any of its ingredients or if you have serious liver dysfunction.
