What are the possible side effects of naratriptan?

Common side effects of naratriptan include: dizziness, fatigue, drowsiness, nausea or vomiting. Seek immediate medical attention, call 911, if you develop chest tightness, pain or pressure in the neck, chest or throat. You may also require medical attention if you sense tingling, prickling or burning.

Less common side effects include: irregular or slow heartbeat, high blood pressure, convulsions, blurred vision or other eye problems, bone pain, chills or fever, constipation or diarrhea, mood changes, confusion, fainting, muscle or joint stiffness or pain, stomach pain, increased thirst, fluid imbalance, an urgent need to urinatem and extreme fatigue. Other side effects include: anxiety, difficulty sleeping, fainting, pounding heart, restlessness or trembling of the feet or hands. Some people taking naratriptan may break out in acne, itchy skin or a rash and may experience changes in taste.
