Who should not use Corlopam?

Anyone who is allergic to Corlopam should avoid the Corlopam injection. Also, people who take medications to treat high blood pressure and heart disease, such as alpha blockers, angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors or medicines that increase urination (diuretics), should be aware that these medications may interact negatively with Corlopam. Women who are pregnant or breast-feeding should consult with their doctor before taking Corlopam, as it could harm a fetus or a nursing child.
