What are the side effects of bepridil?

Possible side effects of bepridil include: headaches, unusual fatigue or tiredness, insomnia, tremors or shaking, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, an upset stomach and mild dizziness or nervousness. More severe side effects include: an unusually rapid or slow heartbeat, severe dizziness, fainting, abnormal behavior or psychosis, jaundice, chest pain, swelling of your ankles or legs and allergic reactions, such as trouble breathing, hives, throat closing or swelling of your mouth, face, lips or tongue. Contact your doctor immediately or seek emergency medical attention if you experience persistent or severe side effects.
