What are the side effects of Serpalan?

Serpalan can cause several side effects. Call your doctor immediately if you have:

  • unusual drowsiness
  • breathing problems
  • changes in vision
  • disinterest in sex
  • insomnia
  • extremity swelling
  • pain
  • difficulty urinating
  • irregular heartbeat
  • chest pain
  • lightheadedness
  • hearing problems
  • confusion
  • nervousness

Serpalan can cause an allergic reaction in some people. Seek medical help immediately if you notice symptoms of an allergic reaction, such as rash, hives, or swelling in your face or tongue. Other side effects that may not require immediate medical attention include:

  • stomach problems, such as diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea
  • dry mouth
  • loss of appetite
  • nightmares
  • stuffy nose
  • breast swelling

Some people who take Serpalan feel dizzy or lightheaded. If Serpalan is making you dizzy, put your feet on the floor and sit for a few minutes before rising to a standing position. This gradual movement may help prevent falls.
