What are the side effects of Tekturna?

Some people may have an allergic reaction to Tekturna, causing symptoms like hives, swelling in your face or throat and difficulty breathing. Talk to your doctor right away if you experience any of those side effects. Tekturna may also cause dangerously low blood pressure (hypotension), especially if you're on a low-sodium diet, taking water pills (diuretics) or have heart problems. Talk to your doctor if you have symptoms of hypotension, such as feeling dizzy or faint. More common side effects include: diarrhea, rash and cough. These side effects are often mild and don't last long. Other side effects may occur, so talk to your doctor if you develop any new and unusual symptoms while taking Tekturna.
