Side effects of bosentan may include headache, dizziness, fatigue, upset stomach, itchy skin, cold-like symptoms, warm sensations, or swelling of the extremities. In addition, bosentan can cause severe liver problems; side effects of liver problems can include jaundiced skin or eyes; lack of appetite; darkly-colored urine; feces that resembles clay; nausea; abdominal pain; or a fever. Seek medical attention if you suffer from any of these or other severe side effects such as pale skin; weight gain; swelling of the extremities; difficulty breathing; weakness; disorientation; vision problems; fainting; or abnormal heartbeat.
