How does Remodulin interact with other medications and food?

Remodulin lowers blood pressure and inhibits clotting in the pulmonary artery, and medicines that act similarly can increase the effects of Remodulin. Drugs that lower blood pressure, such as diuretics or vasodilators, can increase the effects of Remodulin. Pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) can block Remodulin's artery dilation. Lopid (gemfibrozil), a medicine used to treat lipid disorders, can interact with Remodulin. Anticoagulants, including alteplase and cilostazol, and blood thinners, like warfarin, may increase the effects of Remodulin. Tell your doctor about everything you take before starting Remodulin.
