Does moexipril interact with other medications or foods?

Moexipril may interact with other medications, supplements and foods. The combination of moexipril with certain medications may cause an increase, decrease or altered effect of either medication. Although you should discuss with your doctor the potential interactions of all medications you are taking, some medications and supplements that are known to interact with moexipril include the following:
  • diuretics
  • gold-containing medications
  • high blood pressure medications
  • lithium
  • potassium supplements
  • potassium-containing salt substitutes
  • vitamin supplements
