What should I avoid while using Lumigan?

There areseveral things that you should avoid while using Lumigan.

  • Do not use more than the doctor prescribed. Using more can alter its ability to lower the pressure in your eye.
  • Avoid using Lumigan while contact lenses are in your eyes. Lumigan can damage contact lenses, so remove them before applying Lumigan and wait at least 15 minutes before you replace them.
  • Avoid using other eye drops immediately after or before applying Lumigan.
  • Never use any eye drops that are not prescribed for you.
  • If you begin to feel better, do not stop using Lumigan without first consulting your doctor. Abruptly discontinuing the use of Lumigan may result in complications.
