What is the most common side effect of Lotrimin AF?

The most common side effect of Lotrimin AF products is a mild stinging sensation of the treated area. Although other side effects are not common, if one or more of the following skin irritations develop, talk to your doctor right way. Serious skin irritation side effects may include rash, hives, blistering, burning, stinging, peeling, redness and swelling. Allergic reaction symptoms may develop if you are allergic to clotrimazole or any other ingredient in Lotrimin AF. Allergic reaction symptoms include: hives, difficulty breathing, swelling (face, throat, lips and/or tongue) and skin irritation (itching, swelling and/or rash). If an allergic reaction symptom develops, stop using Lotrimin AF and seek immediate medical assistance.
