Who should not take Gris-PEG?

Do not take Gris-PEG if you:
  • are allergic to any of its ingredients
  • have porphyria or liver disease
  • Gris-PEG may affect sperm and sperm production. It is recommended that you avoid fathering a child during treatment with griseofulvin and for six months following therapy.
Talk to your doctor before taking Gris-PEG if you have lupus or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, since it is not known whether Gris-PEG will harm an unborn baby.
