How often should I use nystatin vaginal tablets and cream?

If you have a fungal vaginal infection, use the nystatin vaginal tablets and cream as directed by your doctor. Typically this will be once or twice a day for about two weeks. If you are pregnant, use them once or twice a day for three to six weeks before you deliver. Do not stop using them even if your symptoms improve somewhat. Talk with your doctor to decide when it is safe for you to stop using nystatin.
