What are the side effects of Aloxi?

Common side effects of Aloxi (palonosetron) include constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, or redness, pain, or swelling at the injection site.  Let your doctor know if these symptoms persist or become severe. More serious side effects include allergic reaction (swelling of your mouth, tongue, lips, throat, or face; difficulty breathing; tightness in your chest; or hives); signs of infection (fever, chills, sore throat); irregular, rapid or slow heartbeat; light-headedness or fainting; unusual muscle movement; anxiety or agitation; or changes in the frequency of urination. Seek immediate medical attention if experience these side effects.
