What should I do if I overdose on Zofran?

If you overdose on Zofran, call 911 or your local Poison Control Center at 1-800- 222-1222. An overdose of Zofran (ondansetron) can greatly increase the risk of serious side effects such as blurred vision or even temporary blindness, severe constipation, feeling light-headed, or passing out.
