What are the side effects of Granisetron Hydrochloride?

In rare cases, granisetron hydrochloride may cause a severe allergic reaction that leads to difficulty breathing, swelling in the face or throat, and hives. If you develop these symptoms, call 911 right away. Granisetron hydrochloride may also cause a heart condition called QT prolongation. If you develop symptoms like irregular heartbeat, chest pain, severe dizziness, or fainting, talk to your doctor immediately. Other serious side effects of Granisetron Hydrochloride may include nausea, blurred vision, nervousness, and stomach pain. Granisetron Hydrochloride may also cause less severe side effects such as dizziness, headache, diarrhea, constipation, weakness, drowsiness, or upset stomach. Other side effects may be possible, so talk to your doctor if any new or unusual symptoms develop while taking Granisetron Hydrochloride.
