Who should not take Anzemet Tablets?

You should not take Anzemet tablets, also known by the generic name dolasetron, if you are allergic to this medicine or similar medicines, such as ondansetron, palonosetron and granisetron. This drug should be used with caution if you have certain medical conditions, such as abnormal heart rhythm, an electrolyte imbalance or long QT syndrome. Your doctor will be able to determine whether the benefits of Anzemet outweigh any risks.
