Should I ask my pharmacist about other medications and Zofran?

Yes, you should always check with your pharmacist about taking any new medications. Zofran (ondansetron) can be dangerous if you are also taking certain medications, such as those for Parkinson’s, heart problems, seizures, insomnia, anxiety, depression, migraines, pain and bipolar disorder. Tell your pharmacist about all your prescription and over-the-counter medications, as well as any dietary supplements you are taking.
