Could I be allergic to Zofran?

Yes, but allergic reactions are rare. If you have had an allergic reaction to similar medications, such as dolasetron (Anzemet), granisetron (Kytril) or palonosetron (Aloxi), there is a good chance you will have an allergic reaction to Zofran (ondansetron).
