What are the side effects of Janumet?

The most common side effects of Janumet include bloating, gas, fever, indigestion, muscle aches, a sore throat, congestion, and vomiting. In most instances, these side effects are not serious and do not require medical attention. However, certain less common side effects may pose serious risks. If you experience any of the following, you should contact your doctor immediately: anxiety, blurred vision, chills, cold sweats, confusion, depression, dizziness, accelerated pulse, headache, increased appetite, loss of consciousness, mental fog, nausea, nightmares, unclear thinking, seizures, shakiness, slurred speech, unusual tiredness or weakness, abdominal pain, decreased appetite, diarrhea, fast breathing, muscle cramping, shortness of breath, or extreme sleepiness.
