What should I do if I miss a dose of Starlix?

If you miss a dose of Starlix (nateglinide), take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take your next dose as scheduled. Do not take a double dose of Starlix to make up for a missed dose. Starlix should always be taken before a meal. Carefully follow dosing instructions found on the label.
