Who should not take Novolin N Innolet?

Do not use Novolin N Innolet (insulin human isophane) if you:
  • are allergic to insulin
  • are currently having an attack of hypoglycemia
  • drink alcohol regularly (as your blood sugar levels can drop dangerously)
  • take other diabetes medications (unless advised by your doctor)
If you have liver or kidney disease, talk to your doctor to determine if Novolin N Innolet is right for you.
