How should I take Actos (pioglitazone)?

Actos (pioglitazone) comes in a tablet form that is taken orally once a day, with or without food. It should be taken everyday at approximately the same time. Even if you begin to feel better or your blood sugar is well controlled, do not stop taking the prescribed dosage. Also, do not take more or less than the amount prescribed.
