Does premlintide have any side effects?

Side effects of pramlintide may include nausea, headaches, loss of appetite, vomiting, abdominal pain, fatigue, dizziness, cough, and sore throat. Pramlintide increases the risk of severe hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), usually within 3 hours of injection.
