What side effects of milnacipran should I report?

If you are taking milnacipran, tell your doctor immediately if you begin to think about harming yourself or committing suicide. Also, tell your doctor if you become unusually worried or agitated or start behaving dangerously. Report any other dramatic changes in your health, such as difficulty breathing, flu-like symptoms, memory problems, extreme fatigue, vomiting or stool changes (such as bloody stools or black, tar-like stools) and any other unusual side effects.
