Who should not take selegiline?

You should not take selegiline if you have had an allergic reaction to it or other selegiline products. If you are pregnant or become pregnant, you should not take selegiline. You should not take selegiline if you are breast-feeding since it will pass to your baby via breast milk. It has not been tested in children,m and the affects of it on children are not known. You should not take selegiline if you are taking certain medications, such as narcotic pain medications, MAOIs and certain antidepressants. If you have kidney or liver disease, you should exercise caution if taking selegiline.
