Who should not take olanzapine and fluoxetine?

People who are taking MAO inhibitors or have taken them in the five weeks before starting olanzapine and fluoxetine, should not take this medication. People with diabetes should consult their doctor before taking olanzapine and fluoxetine because the combination of medications may cause fluctuations in your blood sugar level. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should consult their doctors before starting this medication.
