Do not take nortriptyline hydrochloride oral solution if you are currently taking monoamine oxydase inhibitors or have taken monoamine oxydase inhibitors within the last two weeks. If you have recently had a heart attack, or if you are allergic to any ingredient in this medication, you should not take this medication.
