Who should not take Lovenox?

Lovenox should not be taken by people who are allergic to enoxaparin, benzyl alcohol, heparin, or pork products. In addition, people who have active bleeding should not take Lovenox. Lovenox should also not be taken by people who have a low level of platelets in their blood after a positive test for a certain antibody while taking Lovenox.
