Who should not receive Autoplex-T?

Because Autoplex-T treats only specific blood-clotting conditions -- hemophilia and factor VIII inhibitors -- you should not receive this drug if you have other types of blood clotting or bleeding problems. Talk to your doctor before receiving Autoplex-T if you are allergic to this or to similar drugs, or to products made with human proteins, preservatives, dyes or other additives. You should also talk to your doctor before you receive this medication if you have a severe infection or injury, hardening of the arteries, liver disease or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
