Angiomax (bivalirudin) may interfere with blood thinners or other blood-clot-prevention medications. Tell your doctor if you are taking any of these medications. Angiomax may interact with other prescription or over-the-counter medications or herbal supplements as well. Be sure to tell your doctor about any medications or supplements you are taking before starting Angiomax.
