Xopenex (also known as levalbuterol) has not been adequately tested for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Therefore, its effects on an unborn child or on breast milk are unknown. If you are pregnant or are breastfeeding your baby, talk with your doctor before taking Xopenex. If you are taking Xopenex and become pregnant, tell your doctor right away.
