What are the side effects of Foradil Aerolizer?

Common side effects of Foradil include: dizziness, headaches, insomnia (sleep problems), dry mouth, stomach pain or upset, nausea, anxiety or nervousness, sore or irritated throat, voice changes, cough, stuffy nose, back pain, muscle cramps, skin rash or itching, tiredness and shaking. More severe effects may include chest pain, tremors, fever, chills, new or worsening asthma symptoms (such as coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath and increasing chest tightness), a fast or pounding heartbeat, restlessness, increased hunger or thirst, frequent urination, severe or persistent sore throat, severe or persistent headaches, dizziness, severe or persistent cramps or muscle pain or trouble speaking. Call your doctor if you experience severe side effects or if they don't go away. Seek emergency medical help if you have symptoms of an allergic reaction, such as hives, itching, trouble breathing or swelling of your face, lips, mouth, tongue or throat. In addition, you should know that, though rare, long-acting beta-agonist drugs like Foradil  have been associated with an increased risk of asthma-related deaths. The term "Aerolizer" refers to the patented device used to aerosolize Foradil for inhalation.
