When using Asmanex (mometasone) if you experience respiratory problems, such as wheezing, difficulty breathing or asthma symptoms that become worse, you should seek immediate medical attention. If you develop skin problems, such as a rash, bruises, tingly feeling or numbness, this should be reported to your doctor immediately. Other serious side effects are weakness of muscles or changes in location of body fat. Less serious side effects include: nausea, appetite loss, stomach upset; runny or bloody nose; increased sinus problems or pain; general overall feeling of tiredness; changes in voice; headaches; sore throat; muscle, joint or back pain; changes in your menstrual cycle.
