What are the side effects of Atrovent nasal spray 0.06%?

Side effects of Atrovent nasal spray 0.06% (ipratropium) may include dry nose or mouth, bad taste in the mouth, dizziness, nasal congestion, headaches, upper respiratory tract infections, bloody nose or nausea. Some side effects are more serious but are very rare. These include: vision changes, eye pain, severe constipation, fast heartbeat and difficulty urinating. This medication also may cause an allergic reaction. Symptoms of an allergic reaction are swelling, itching, rash and difficulty breathing. If you experience a serious side effect or signs of an allergic reaction, you should seek emergency medical attention.
