How soon after starting Dulera will my symptoms improve?

Your asthma symptoms should improve within one to two weeks of using Dulera (mometasone and formoterol) every day. Dulera is a combination drug prescribed to treat asthma in people ages 12 and older. It contains two active ingredients, mometasone, an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and swelling in your airways, and formoterol, which belongs to a class of drugs called long-acting beta-agonists, or LABAs, that can relax and open your airways so you can breathe more easily. If your symptoms do not improve within two weeks of taking Dulera, call your doctor.
