How do I use arformoterol?

You should use arformoterol exactly as directed by your doctor. Typically, this will be one treatment two times daily. Arformoterol (Brovana) solution is for inhalation by nebulizer only. You place the contents of one vial in the nebulizer cup. The nebulizer converts the liquid into a fine mist, which you inhale. The recommended dose is 15 mcg. twice a day (morning and evenings). If this dose does not relieve your breathing problems, call your doctor. This may be a sign that your COPD is getting worse.
