Drugs that interact with Atrovent HFA (ipratropium) include: belladonna, atropine, clidinium, dicyclomine, mepenzolate, scopolamine, methscopolamine, methantheline, hyoscyamine and glycopyrrolate. Mepenzolate and propantheline also interact with Atrovent HFA, as do drugs used to treat allergies, irritable bowel disease, Parkinson's disease, motion sickness, ulcers or problems urinating. In general, keep your doctor informed about all medications that you are taking or intend to take while using Atrovent HFA.
