Does Advair HFA interact with other medications?

Advair HFA (combination of fluticasone and salmeterol) may interact with other medications, so it is important to tell your doctor about any medications or supplements you are taking before using it. This is especially important if you're taking any of the following medications: antidepressants; MAOIs; diuretics; oral corticosteroids; other asthma medications, especially long-acting inhaled bronchodilators; azole antifungals; beta-blockers; HIV protease inhibitors; COMT inhibitors; macrolide antibiotics; delavirdine; nefazodone; telithromycin. Because other medications and substances may interact with Advair HFA, talk to your doctor about your full medical history before taking this medication.
