Does Accolate interact with other medications?

Medications that may interact with Accolate (zafirlukast) include: blood thinners; blood pressure and heart medications called calcium channel blockers; erythromycin; terfenadine; cyclosporine; astemizole; carbamazepine; phenytoin; theophylline; aspirin; or tolbutamide. Accolate may interact with other medications, so talk to your doctor about what you are taking, including prescriptions and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements, before taking Accolate.
