Serious side effects of trimetrexate glucuronate may include high fever, chills, mouth sores, bleeding and bruising, abdominal pain, jaundice, and trouble breathing. You should contact your doctor immediately if you experience these symptoms. Seizures or inability to urinate are rare and serious side effects. Nausea, vomiting, and fatigue may also occur while taking trimetrexate glucuronate.
